HOW TO ORDER

You may place your order through our online shopping cart or by phone at 650-592-1398. When your online checkout is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order. Phone orders will receive a hard copy with the order.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm (Pacific Time)

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS
Visa and MasterCard

You must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States. We will not ship to a P.O. Box.

PAYMENT SECURITY
We offer secure shopping using SSL protocol, an Internet communications technology, which encrypts and secures your credit card and personal information.

ORDER PREPARATION AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

Currently, we only ship orders within the U.S.A.

As mentioned previously, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States. We will not ship to a P.O. Box.

ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO RESIDENTS:
All orders must be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or Overnight Air.

SHIPPING FEES
Little Dot Designs uses United Parcel Systems (UPS) for shipping. When you order online, our web site contacts UPS for a courtesy quote based on the weight of the items to be shipped, the originating zip code, and your zip code. The shipping rate is not negotiable.

Shipping charges for orders made by phone will be estimated in the same manner.

We offer the following UPS Shipping Services for online and phone orders:
UPS Ground
UPS Two-Day
UPS Overnight


If your order is time sensitive please call us at 650-592-1398 to expedite your order.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Little Dot Designs takes pride in making each piece of jewelry, thus it may take up to 4 business days to prepare your items. If your order will be delayed we will notify you via e-mail or phone call with an estimated ship date.

**If you chose expedited shipping, your jewelry items may still take 4 days to create, however, we will make every effort to rush that process for you so your items will arrive as quickly as possible. If your order is time sensitive please call us at 650-592-1398 to expedite your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail from us (only if the order was placed online) with your tracking information. You can usually track your package within 24 hours of receiving a shipment confirmation.

SALES TAX
By law, we are required to charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped within California.

GUARANTEE
We guarantee all jewelry to be free of defects in workmanship upon delivery. Should your jewelry break and upon inspection was the result of poor manufacturing, we will repair the item at no additional cost. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

REPAIRS & SIZE ADJUSTMENTS

Damage Due to Shipping
Items damaged due to shipping will be replaced at no charge including shipping fees. We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt if item was damaged due to shipping.

Repairs & Size Adjustments
We guarantee all jewelry to be free of defects in workmanship upon delivery. Should your jewelry break and upon inspection was the result of poor manufacturing, we will repair the item at no additional cost. Additional charges may be applied to re-sizing of items or other requested adjustments. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

For all repairs and adjustments, please call or send us an e-mail prior to sending your item to us.

RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and in resaleable condition with all tags attached. Sale items, custom orders, or items that have been adjusted are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return by Mail
Please call or e-mail to request a Return Authorization number. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number.



PRIVACY POLICY
All information you provide us will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of order correspondence unless given to us for our newsletter. We will not share or sell our customer information with anyone.
